Organic seeds from Quinoa Quality

(Picture: Foxtail Millet)

Quinoa Quality see the development for high quality protein crops for food purpose to go in the direction towards organic seeds, both seed for sowing and seed harvested for food.

Organic seeds for sowing are produced without the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, and without the use of genetic modifications (GMOs). By using organic seeds, farmers can reduce the amount of harmful chemicals and pollutants that are released into the environment.

Organic farming practices also promote soil health, which helps to reduce erosion, improve water retention, and promote biodiversity.

Organic produce often commands a higher price in the marketplace than conventionally grown produce. By using organic seeds, farmers can tap into this growing market and increase their profits.

In some countries, organic farming is regulated by law. Farmers who want to sell their produce as organic must use certified organic seeds that meet specific standards.

Reasons for using organic seeds for sowing

Organic seeds are not genetically modified, and are free from chemical residues which may contaminate soils and water ressources. Consumers buying organic products know their products are organic from sowing to the consumers plates
