International Quinoa Conference in Washington

In August this year, the Washington State University organized the International Quinoa Research Symposium, 17-19 August 2020, as a virtual event with as many as ca. 1000 people registered, amazing.

The entire world of “quinoeros” was present, both from the traditional growing areas of the Andean region and from new countries of Europe, Asia, and North America.

SEJ had a key-note presentation entitled “Quinoa goes global”.
